Here at CJAM we like to support good causes, and particularly when we can help towards improving people’s health and wellbeing. Our colleague Lisa Dalton has taken the lead in sourcing excess running kit from her local running club to donate to A Mile in her Shoes, a great charity that helps women from all walks of life to enjoy the benefits of running.
