NABAS COVID-19 Case Study
Your members will undoubtedly have a scale and range of activity levels on their social channels, so why not align your members in a campaign that they can all participate in to create unity and community online?
Providing your members with a series of posts with a dedicated hashtag, imagery and accompanying content that they can place on their website will provide much needed innovative streams and updates about your sector. If you ask your members to tag your organisation in their posts, you can respond, react and increase your digital footprint whilst bolstering your industry online with positive messaging.
Example: NABAS #keepcelebrating
CJAM supplied the client with a series of posts for Instagram, Facebook and Twitter encouraging the NABAS members to reach out to their followers and continue to promote the notion of continuing celebration despite their shopfronts being shut and deliveries suspended.
The ultimate aim of the campaign was not to increase sales but to increase brand awareness and relationships with customers, ready to relaunch and reboot their sales once the pandemic social distancing restrictions were lifted.
CJAM created an email campaign to members, uploading images and content with the hashtag and a timeline to a members’ only area as added membership value to help the association to retain membership and loyalty, whilst providing even more assets and opportunities for members during lockdown.
NABAS Support Hub
CJAM’s content and web team collaborated with NABAS to provide members with exclusive access to a dedicated online support hub which was launched within days of lockdown being announced.
collateral, the latest government support and advice plus tips and tricks for keeping their businesses float and ready for when the restrictions were lifted.
The hub was developed in response to fast emerging concerns about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the NABAS membership, who are predominantly small business owners largely dependant on shop front sales and delivery services.
