Changes to Companies House forms

The UK has now left the EU, and as a result, from January 2021, there will be changes to Companies House forms which have now been confirmed and announced as part of the transition period.

These changes will apply to many associations and membership organisations, and in turn their respective members. The Finance and Governance team at CJAM are on hand to offer support with ensuring these requirements are met.

Alongside the changes, there are a series of forms that will, from 1 January 2021 be discontinued.
