CJ Association Management (CJAM) proudly organised the organisation’s largest event to date, the British Academy…
Helping the Political Studies Association achieve its strategic aims
Joining the CJAM stable of membership association clients this month is the Political Studies Association (PSA).
With almost 2000 members the PSA exists to develop and promote the study of politics. The international membership includes academics, theorists, practitioners, policy makers, researchers and students in higher education. It is PSA’s aim, over the next ten years, to become ‘the leading British learned society within the social sciences with an international reputation for supporting its members’.
From administration to events
CJAM will be supporting the aspirations of the PSA with a range of services including membership administration and growth, customer service and management information reporting, as well as distribution lists for their large volume of subscription journals.
The CJAM team is already assisting with CRM management and data protection protocols. In the coming months PSA will be calling on CJAM’s significant event experience to provide support for its Annual Conference in March 2018.
Previous experience
Associations Director, Lisa Dalton, commented: “The international membership and growth plans of the PSA correlate with the work CJAM has carried out for other associations, making us very well placed to assist them. Our business acumen around the needs of associations is an invaluable resource, highly prized by existing and potential clients.”
PSA Chief Executive, Phil Sooben, said: “We are looking forward to a productive working relationship with CJAM and have been impressed by their responsiveness to our needs. We are confident that this will enable us to run our membership administration in a more efficient and professional manner.”
