Logo Malpractice

The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) has warned the trade about misleading the public by using the association logo without being a member.

One estate agent, Broadlands in Jersey, has been using the NAEA logo in newspaper adverts and client contracts but the association claims it has not been a member for the past six years.
