Exeter and Heart of Devon Hotels and Restaurants Association appoints new chairman

The Exeter and Heart of Devon Hotels and Restaurants Association selected Elaine Mellotte, general manager of the Jurys Inn in Exeter to the role of chair.

Elaine, who has 19 years’ experience in management within the hospitality industry throughout the UK and Ireland said, “I have great respect for the Devon Hotels and Restaurants Association.
