Striding out for Cancer Research

Team CJAM gathered in Colchester Castle Park on Sunday, together with hundreds of other women (and a few brave men) to complete the 2017 Race for Life in aid of Cancer Research.

The fair weather was a bonus, if a little warm for strenuous exercise, and the ‘going’ was dry. All in all, a great achievement – well done to everyone who took part.

This is the second year that CJAM has participated in Race for Life following the diagnosis last year of three team members, including MD Christine Joyce, with breast cancer. All have survived and been given the all clear and in celebration and thanks we have joined together to raise money for this life-changing charity.
