Brain injury charity backs new law passed in Jersey
A Preston charity is hoping a new law introduced in Jersey will make its way over to the mainland.Brain injury association, Headway Preston & Chorley, has welcomed the introduction of the law to make it compulsory for children under 14 to wear helmets while cycling.
Liz Bamber, Headway Development Officer said: ‘Preston has seen an increase in cyclists since the creation of the Guild Wheel which is used by professional cyclists and families alike.
