International Confex unveils industry partnerships
The UK’s key events associations have agreed a series of partnerships for International Confex.
The exhibition is already headline sponsor of the Britain for Events campaign, continues to work with the Business Visits & Events Partnership and has supported the All Party Parliamentary Group Inquiry into the international competitiveness of the UK events industry, further underlining the event’s commitment to the development of the industry.
The Association of British Professional Conference Organisers, The Association for Conferences and Events, The Event Supplier and Services Association, Eventia, the Hotel Booking Agents Association, The International Special Events Society, the Meeting Industry Association and Meeting Professionals International have all confirmed their support.
“We said that we wanted to give the show back to the industry so working with these associations was a priority, we’re delighted to have their support,” commented International Confex event director Donna Bushell.
“These are partnership arrangements where we can give each organisation, and its membership, an exceptional promotional platform, in exchange we’re working with them to bring dynamic content and relevant buyers to the show.”
Registration for the Mash Media show is now open and free for event professionals. It will take place on 12-13 March 2014 at Olympia London.
